Items may be returned within 30 days from receipt of purchase. Items should be returned in unopened or original condition, with a copy of the packing slip to Sk8sister. Returns are only accepted on unworn, unaltered and unwashed items in their original packaging with all original labeling and tags attached. Sk8sister will not accept any item/s that are used. Sk8sister reserves the right to deny credit, if, upon receipt, the returned item/s does not meet company return policy requirements.
A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment they used to make the purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective.
Please follow these steps:
Step 1- You will need to call 970-420-2073 and ask for customer service, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number enables us to match the item returned with the party returning it.
Step 2 – Please carefully pack the unused item/s in its original condition; feel free to use the same packing materials that it arrived in.
Step 3- Send your package back to us within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Any package received 30 days AFTER this date will be credited at the then current item price. Send your return to:

You must pay for any shipping and handling fees to return your item/s to Sk8sister. It is strongly suggested that the returned item/s be sent insured with a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
If you receive a defective item, we must be notified within 2 days of receipt of the product to be eligible for a return. After 2 days, the customer will need to contact the manufacturer directly to act on their warranty.
If requesting an exchange, we recommend that you order the item/s online to ensure they do not go out of stock. We regret that we do not hold items for exchange.

On average, customers receive their item/s within 7-10 days of purchase. The delivery time for orders depends on the shipping method, the destination address and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for the shipment. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays within the United States.
Orders placed by 12 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST), Monday through Friday, are processed within 48 hours. Orders placed after 12 p.m. MST are procesed within 72 hours. Items ordered over the weekend will be processed within 48-72 hours. Some items may unexpectedly be on backorder, requiring a few extra days for the order to ship. We use the commercial carriers UPS, Federal Express and DHL because of their timely service, insurance, and tracking services. Our shipping rates are clearly stated in our shippping table.

All products manufactured by sk8sister have a 90 day limited warranty from the date of sale. This limited warranty applies to any product, which, after careful inspection by our store, is found to have a defect in either materials or workmanship. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions.
