Items may be returned within 30 days from receipt of purchase. Items should be returned in unopened or original condition, with a copy of the packing slip to Sk8sister. A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment they used to make the purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective. |

How do I track my order?
Easy! Tracking numbers are assigned to packages at the warehouse almost immediately, and generally appear on our website along with your order information. It is possible that it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. This basically means that even though your package has left the warehouse, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.
Orders placed on Sk8sister.com may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods, therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on:
1) The type of product you purchased
2) The shipping method you selected during Checkout
3) The carrier that is delivering your product(s)
Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these rare instances, "Order Status/Tracking" on Sk8sister.com will not offer tracking information, but will still offer order status and other details.

What process do I follow for a return? |

Please follow these steps:
Step 1- You will need to call 970-420-2073 and ask for
customer service, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. The RMA number enables us to match the item returned with the party returning it.
Step 2 – Please carefully pack the unused item/s in its original condition; feel free to use the same packing materials that it arrived in. Returns are only accepted on unworn, unaltered and unwashed items in their original packaging with all original labeling and tags attached. Sk8sister will not accept any item/s that are used. Sk8sister reserves the right to deny credit, if, upon receipt, the returned item/s does not meet company return policy requirements.
Step 3- Send your package back to us within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Any package received 30 days AFTER this date will be credited at the then current item price.

You must pay for any shipping and handling fees to return your item/s to Sk8sister. It is strongly suggested that the returned item/s be sent insured with a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
If you receive a defective item, we must be notified within 2 days of receipt of the product to be eligible for a return. After 2 days, the customer will need to contact the manufacturer directly to act on their warranty.
If requesting an exchange, we recommend you order the item/s online to ensure they do not go out of stock. We will credit your original form of payment upon receipt of the returned order. We regret that we do not hold items for exchange.
